What are the costs for the owner?

Posting your ad is completely free. If you sign a lease, you'll be required to pay MonLoyerGaranti the equivalent of one month's rent in service fees.
 
This amount is unique, paid only once when signing the lease, and covers:

 • Access to the rental concierge service (if activated by the tenant)

What happens if there is a problem with the tenant?

In the event of an incident (dispute, non-payment, early departure, etc.), MonLoyerGaranti takes over:
You continue to receive your rents , without interruption, as planned in the payment schedule.
All financial aspects are taken care of by the platform — you don't have to do anything.
In the event of a dispute , abandonment of the accommodation or other problem, MonLoyerGaranti takes care of reminders and communications, the possible replacement of the tenant, and legal procedures, if necessary.
